The Licensee is strictly prohibited from registering the beat or any song created with the beat with any PRO.

Royalty splits under an Exclusive License will be determined separately and may include arrangements such as 50/50 or 80/20, depending on the agreement.
PRO registration and songwriter/publishing splits are not permitted unless explicitly stated in a written Exclusive License Agreement signed by the Producer.

Use on any additional platforms must be discussed and approved by the Producer in writing.
