Non-Exclusive License Agreement

1. Granted Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use my beat(s) in your music recordings.

2. Usage Rights

You may use the licensed beat(s) for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Streaming
• Selling (digital or physical)
• Live performances

3. License Duration

This license is valid indefinitely, meaning it does not expire unless the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement."

4. Credit Requirement

You must credit me as the producer of the beat in all forms of distribution and promotion, such as:

• Song descriptions
• Metadata
• Social posts
• Credits in videos
  Example: "Produced by ZHakim (BlackGreenRedZ)"

5. Royalty Share

By default:

• 50% of net royalties go to the Producer (ZHakim)
• 50% to the Licensee (You)

Royalty splits can be renegotiated based on the song’s performance.

6. Royalty Payment

Royalty payments must be made on a quarterly basis, along with a detailed earnings report.

7. Modifications

You may make minor modifications to the beat to better fit your song.
You may not create new standalone instrumental works or resell modified versions.

8. Platform Usage

You are permitted to use the beat on the following platforms only:

• YouTube
• Instagram
• TikTok

Other platform usage must be discussed and agreed upon separately.

9. License Renewal

Each purchased beat automatically comes with this license. This license applies to every non-exclusive beat you purchase from the catalog and does not need to be re-purchased unless terms change."

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved via mediation or arbitration before any legal action is taken.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds may be requested within five (5) days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds will not be granted if the beat has been:
  Downloaded or saved
  Posted online
  Used in any way for profit
  Used in any production or project

Exchange Option

• Instead of a refund, you may exchange the beat for a different one from the cataloge thats the same price or lower from the one you bought first.
• This is only valid if the original beat has not been used, posted, or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Include:

• Your order details
• Reason for the request

Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Important Notice

• This is the only license available at this time.
• Any beats you buy this is the license/ the rules you must follow if using the music/beats
• Once the beat/music is purchased, you do not need to buy it again. For other non-exclusive beats from the same catalog the license goes for all.
• All beats are provided in high-quality WAV format.

Restrictions

Licensee may not:

• Resell or re-license the beat
• Claim exclusive rights
• Upload the beat to beat stores, music libraries, or distribution services as an instrumental
• Use the beat without proper credit (“Produced by ZHakim 

Termination

This license may be terminated if the Licensee violates any terms of this agreement. In such a case, all rights revert to the Producer. meaning you will not be able to use the beat anymore and wont be refunded

Signed:

By purchasing any beats/music, the Licensee agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
No physical signature is required. Purchase serves as legal acceptance of the agreement.

Ownership

• The Producer retains full copyright and ownership of the original beat.
• This is a license to use, not a sale or transfer of ownership.
• If the Licensee registers the final track with a Performing Rights Organization (PRO), the Producer must be credited and registered as a 50% composer/writer.
• (Section 15) "Limitation of Liability: The Producer shall not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Licensee through the use of the beat, including but not limited to business losses, reputation damage, or legal disputes related to third-party content."
• Once you bought a beat/music you will have it within 24 hours
