Granted Rights: You are granted the right to use my beat in your music recordings.

Usage Rights: You can use the beat for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including streaming, selling, and performing the song live.

License Duration: The license is valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

Credit: You must credit me as the producer of the beat in all forms of distribution and promotion of the song.

Royalty Share: A percentage of the royalties generated from the song must be shared. The default is 25% to me and 75% to you. This can be renegotiated based on the song's performance.

• Royalty Payment: Royalties will be paid on a quarterly basis, with a detailed report provided.

Modifications: You are allowed to make minor modifications to the beat to fit your song, but you cannot create derivative works that are purely instrumental.

Platform Usage: You are allowed to use the beat on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok only.

License Renewal: This license may be renewed upon mutual agreement at the end of the initial term.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds can be requested within five days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds are not available if the beat has been saved, posted, used for profit, or used in any way.

Exchange Option:

• If you want a refund, you have the option to exchange the purchased beat for a different beat from our catalog.
• The exchange is allowed as long as the original beat has not been saved, posted, used for profit, or used in any way.
